Experienced Assistant Operations Officer (FT), Century City
Assistant Operations Officer duties are performed with minimal supervision. These duties include assisting in the coordination and supervision of the daily activities and work flow of operations staff for efficient customer service, risk management, staff training and development, customer retention and sales of the Bank’s products and services. Approves transactions within delegated authority. Responsible for input on the performance of the operations staff in meeting performance requirements. Banking Experience necessary, Commercial Banking experience a plus.

The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the accurate, efficient preparation of loan documentation for commercial lines of credit, real estate loans and loans secured by UCC, ensuring that while all terms and conditions of the credit are met, documents are in compliance with all Federal and State guidelines, as well as within Bank policy.
