DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES HEADQUARTERS

  • Experienced Portfolio Officer/Manager CRE and/or C&I -  (FT) positions open at our LA Headquarters Branch. Underwriting medium to large C&I or CRE loan portfolio. Participates in the development and recommendation of loan objectives. Only strong C&I and CRE experience welcomed.
  • Experienced Teller/New Accounts (FT) -  Provides customer services such as cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, etc. Performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling deposit products to new and existing customers. Able to cross sell bank’s products and services; assist customers in choosing the appropriate type of account to open. Opens and processes all types of new accounts. Commercial Banking experience a plus.
  • Senior Payroll Specialist (FT) - with management growth opportunity. Responsible for overseeing the ADP Workforce Now system, which includes the HRIS system. Auditing the full-cycle semi-monthly payrolls and timecard reports. Preparing of various types of reports, such as, but no limited to the EEO-1, Multi-Site Reports, Census, FTE and Board Reports. Assist and work closely with HR Manager and accounting on a daily basis, including times of Internal and External audits. 
  • Junior System Administrator in the IT Department - (FT) position reporting to the I.T. Manager. The primary responsibility of the Junior System Administrator is to support the Bank’s internal systems, desktops, network and various banking related applications. The secondary responsibilities for the position will be assisting the I.T. Manager in performing user controls, documenting procedures, vendor management reviews, user administration, and working with vendors to maintain and support systems. Excellent written and oral communication is a must, as you will be communicating with management, employees, internal & external auditors and vendors. Traveling to bank locations will be necessary from time to time.

  • Relationship Manager Officer - The Business Development/Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new deposits, loans (CRE and C&I) and merchant business for a specific target market of small to medium size businesses and business professionals to help meet department and Bank goals.  Provides a superior level of customer relations and service. 

EL MONTE

  • Senior BSA Analyst - (FT) Preferred Bank is seeking Sr. BSA Analyst with prior experience 3+ years as BSA/AML/OFAC compliance. The responsibilities include reporting to BSA Officer to administer the bank-wide BSA/Anti-Money Laundering Program and related procedures in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and applicable federal regulations. Perform independent analysis for alerts and cases involving suspicious activity. Understanding the requirements of CDD, EDD and CIP to ensure compliance under the regulations. Ability to prepare Suspicious Activity Report and understanding and following the SAR filing requirements. Additionally, assist the BSA management in day to day operations and assume more complex tasks or projects when needed.
