Experienced Payroll Clerk (FT), Los Angeles Headquarters
The Payroll Processor will work under general supervision to perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including collection of time, computing wage, overtime, adjustment and supplemental payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, calculating payments for leave of absence, and processing payroll aspects of employee pay including employment terminations. The position will serve as primary contact for all employees. Investigate and resolve payroll issues both system and process related. In addition, Strong knowledge of ADP and ADP Reports, MS Word, Outlook, MS Excel spreadsheet software is essential. Participates in special projects as required. Qualified individual must have a high sense of confidentiality due of the sensitivity of the position. Banking payroll experience a plus, but not a prerequisite.
Experienced Teller/New Accounts (FT), Tarzana
Opens and processes all types of new accounts. Provides customer services such as cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, etc. Performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling deposit products to new and existing customers. Able to cross sell bank’s products and services; assist customers in choosing the appropriate type of account to open. Qualified individual must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations. Banking Experience necessary, Commercial Banking experience a plus.
Experienced Assistant Operations Officer (FT), Century City
Assistant Operations Officer duties are performed with minimal supervision. These duties include assisting in the coordination and supervision of the daily activities and work flow of operations staff for efficient customer service, risk management, staff training and development, customer retention and sales of the Bank’s products and services. Approves transactions within delegated authority. Responsible for input on the performance of the operations staff in meeting performance requirements. Banking Experience necessary, Commercial Banking experience a plus.
