Experienced Assistant Compliance Officer
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Bank Compliance. Assists the Compliance Officer with administration and maintenance of the Bank’s Compliance Program and Compliance Management System (CMS). Develop and implementation of necessary policies, procedures, and job aids required to maintain compliance. Responsibilities will include compliance monitoring and transaction testing. Knowledge of all applicable banking regulations and consumer protection laws required.
Note Documentation Specialist
The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the accurate, efficient preparation of loan documentation for each loan made by the Bank, ensuring that while all terms and conditions of the credit are met, documents are in compliance with all Federal and State guidelines, as well as within Bank policy. Knowledge of California real estate a plus.
